Our founder and general manager, Dr Veljko Milutinović, has over seventeen years’ experience in advising companies on legal and business matters. Recently, in January 2025, he sold his firm Solomon Consultants, which is a leading distributor of flood protection equipment in the Balkans and sub-Saharan Africa. He joined the law firm Lansky, Ganzger, Marinkov and Partner as a Senior Expert Counsel. He leverages his expertise and his connections to help companies expand into new markets. He holds an LL. B from the University of Essex, an LL. M from the University of Bristol and a Ph. D from the European University Institute in Florence.

Incidentally, the company takes its name from the famous road in Florence where Dr Milutinović lived for several years, Via Faentina, and from which he carries many beautiful memories.
